Eleni Kavvadia

Eleni Kavvadia received her diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with specialization in telecommunications and networks, from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in 2000. In September 2011 she received her postgraduate degree M.Sc. in Informatics, in the subject area of networks, from the Department of Informatics, Ionian University, Greece. She received her Ph.D. degree from the same department in 2017 in the area of cloud networking. Her current research interests comprise networks and virtual environments in general. She has wide experience from participating as a software developer, and technical manager in EU and national funded development projects in the field of computer networks and information systems. She is currently chief of Networks & Telecommunications Services of the Ionian University.
